Finally, the system is easily adaptable in the organization. Considering that the use of computer is trainable, the organization can dedicate some little time to explain the tutors and the trainees the CASE system and how to use it.
Although the CASE system has its numerous merits, some of which have been outlined above, also there are some demerits. Some of the disadvantages of the CASE system are mentioned below.
